Joining BHTA

Companies become BHTA members for different reasons. However, the one thing that they have in common is a desire to build, run and develop a business in the most ethical and professional way.

With our Code of Practice (approved by the Trading Standards Institute) steadily becoming more widely known in the marketplace, BHTA members are seen as being even more trustworthy and ‘the right sort of people to do business with'.

Joining BHTA isn't difficult, but it isn't automatic either. Companies have to show that systems are in place that ensure the highest standards of care for the customer. They must also be ready and willing to spend the time it takes to develop team member's skills and ability too.
