Phil Isherwood - Chairman
As a Director of Nottingham Rehab Ltd for 18 years, and currently Chief Executive, Phil has been closely involved with the Community Equipment sector through its many recent changes. During that time he has also served on the Board of the British Educational Supplies Association (BESA). Phil took up the post of BHTA Chairman in 2009. |

Ray Hodgkinson MBE - Director General
With some 40 years in the healthcare industry, Ray's experience covers virtually all aspects of healthcare. From pharmaceutical training, through sales management, he fulfilled a personal vision to have his own company, which pioneered a number of new product areas over a 22-year period. |

Karen Clokey
Managing Director of a Dispensing Appliance Contractor in the Manchester PCT - Labont Ltd - Karen very firmly comes from a small business background and started out as a State Enrolled Nurse. She is an active participant in the BHTA DACs Section and is the first woman to join the BHTA Board. |

Mike Lord - Vice Chairman
Mike has 17 years' experience across the rehabilitation, mobility and stairlift sectors. He is currently the Chief Executive of Minivator Group and was Chairman of the Mobility Access & Stairlifts Section until taking up his current role. |

David Morgan
With experience in the mobility market, David's current expertise lies in the area of communication aids. He was Chairman of the BHTA eCAT Section and is Operations Director at Dynavox Systems Ltd. |

Mark Oaten
Having acted as BHTA's Parliamentary Advisor for a number of years, Mark was invited to join the Board for his experience in marketing and public relations, and for his knowledge of the issues which affect BHTA's members, as seen from an outside perspective. He was the MP for Winchester from 1995 to 2010 and now supports the BHTA with its political and communications work as Director of Communications. |

Philip Salt
A past Chairman and President of the Association, Philip has re-joined the Board after a three-year period as Chairman of the Stoma & Continence Products Manufacturers Section. He is the Chief Executive of Salts Healthcare, a 300 year-old family business, and is currently the Chairman of the Industry Part IX Drug Tariff Forum. |

Paul Saunders
Paul has experienced a wide range of positions, including; Sales, Marketing, Trade Development, Business Intelligence and Government Affairs. He now works for Hanover Communications International and represents ConvaTec UK at BHTA meetings. |

Barend ter Haar (Dr)
Barend and the company which he represents, BES Rehab Ltd, have taken an active part in the BHTA over the last 12 years. He is Vice-Chair of the Pressure Care Seating & Positioning Section, and of the Decontamination Section, represents the BHTA on the HITF technology group, and on CH173 at BSI. He also represents the industry at ISO WG11 and WG6 standards meetings. |
